Four Bed Homes

In creating our four bed designs we have carefully considered the needs of the future owners and have endeavoured to maximise the living space as well as creating a flexible use of rooms to suit a range of families. Whether a couple with 3 children or a couple on their own for example we have ‘opened-up’ the kitchen area so that there is room for ‘table & chairs’ which means that the dining room can be used, if required, for a variety of uses e.g. ‘snug’ ‘children’s room’ ‘office’ ‘sun room’ etc. The integrated kitchen designs give a feel of ‘furniture’ finish to the kitchen area too. We have also optimised space in the bedrooms to enable them to reflect the needs of children today to have their own leisure and work areas. Our aim for our 4 bed homes has always been:-

Three Bed Home

We build a range of 3 bed homes including detached, semi’s, end terraced and 2½ storey. As many people ‘move-up’ to a 3 bed home for extra living and additional bedroom space, we endeavour to always maximise the living space to its fullest. Kitchens with ample space for a dining table are available in all designs. Our range covers most needs, for example those who need to move to a 3 bed for the additional bedroom and living space – and the example of people who need less bedrooms but do not want to lose out on the downstairs living space.

Careful positioning of radiators, windows, doors and electrics help make the best use of all the rooms.

Two Bed Homes

The majority of purchases of our 2 bed homes are generally first time buyers making their first step onto the housing ladder. Our designs reflect the aspirations of our purchasers. For example:- Large kitchen / diner with patio doors out ,to the gardens. Well fitted kitchens with appliances, Large lounge / living room, Master Bedroom with en-suite attached, Second bedroom which can take a double bed, Downstairs Cloakroom, High build quality and specification.

Two Bed Apartments

We build a limited range of 2 bed apartments and our objective was to offer the same high specification and living area of our 2 bed cottages so you can expect:- Gas Central Heating via a combination boiler, large Kitchen / Dining Area, Master Bedroom with fitted wardrobes, second Bedroom able to take a double bed, bathroom with Bath, Shower & Screen, the careful design of all living space to maximise usage.‘…..The same specification and build quality of all our other homes….’
