Locally we will:- Assess your home for saleability and price - making suggestions to help you achieve the right buyer. At this stage we agree the price on your Meadow Mead Home. Use our own sales office - large adverts and introductions from our chosen estate agents. View your home to potential buyers who are in the position to move. Monitor the transaction at every stage, liaising on finance, solicitors, related sales and so on.
